Caleb Zhang

Had a relatively quiet game offensively and struggled to generate much in what was a back-and-forth contest. His speed was still noticeable and posed a threat whenever he had room to get moving. Skated well and put together a responsible defensive effort, staying engaged on the other side of the puck. Didn't have his usual offensive impact in this one, but still found ways to contribute without the puck.

Speedy, dangerous winger who plays with quickness and deception, making him difficult to contain offensively. Shifty with the puck and displays good hands in tight, highlighted by a nice drive to the net and finish for a goal. Has the skill set to create scoring opportunities and be a consistent offensive threat. Could improve his competitiveness and engagement in the defensive zone.

Was a dangerous offensive threat throughout the game, using his speed and strong stop-and-start ability to create separation and generate numerous scoring chances. Confident puck carrier who consistently attacked the inside of the ice and showed a shoot-first mentality. Displayed good compete along the boards, winning a puck battle and emerging with possession to create a scoring opportunity. At times played an individual game with some tunnel vision, but was consistently involved offensively.
