Cade Barker

Had a fairly steady game on the back end, competing hard and showing a willingness to make plays with the puck rather than simply getting rid of it. Looked to contribute to the transition game when opportunities presented themselves. A solid, all-around showing without anything particularly flashy standing out.

Mobile, somewhat undersized but stocky defenceman who moves well around the ice. Displays good straight-line speed and is capable of carrying the puck through the neutral zone and gaining the offensive blue line with possession. Moves the puck quickly and effectively, making smart, efficient plays to help drive the transition game.
